1 day (24 hours): pick up at 5:30 PM (return at 5:30 PM the next day) except on Mondays or by mutual agreement

Different times for collection and return are possible subject to mutual consultation and approval.

- The following damage is not insured in the various insurance formulas:

damage to the roof (low clearance / bridge damage, etc.) of the vehicle and damage from the load;
damage resulting from a major error or gross negligence of the renter or driver (e.g. driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol);
damage caused intentionally (e.g. fraud) by the renter and/or driver;
damage to the goods you transport.

- In the event of theft of the vehicle, a basic compensation of € 5000.00 will always be charged.
- By taking a buyout exemption (Medium – Maxi) you only reduce the exemption in the event of an accident or damage (at fault or without a counterparty).
- Tires are covered by the Maxi redemption. Damage to the aluminum rim or wheel and repair costs are not included.
- Broken glass with the exception of vandalism, headlights and mirrors.
