X-Rent moving lift service
Relocation plans within West Flanders? Do you need a moving lift to safely place your goods on a floor? Then our moving lift service is the solution! We arrive on site with our mobile moving lift operated by our own professional operator.
Due to its compact shape when folded, we can also pass through a narrow passage and thus reach difficult-to-access places such as the back of a building, etc.
The compact and light version of our lift also allows us to lift from grass squares.
Thanks to robust road plates, we avoid damage to the grass or make it possible to reach swampy locations.
At locations with a glass balustrade, we always provide the necessary protective equipment such as extra blankets and a strong balustrade board for safe installation of the lift.
What does this cost me?
The rental rate for the moving lift service is €99.00 including VAT for the first hour, to be calculated upon arrival at the specified address. This includes a relocation of 30 kilometers from our branch in Voormezele. Additional kilometers are charged at € 0.75 per kilometer including VAT. After the first hour has expired, an extension rate of € 15.00 including VAT per started quarter-hour applies.

Does your company sometimes need a ladder lift?
We always work with a tow lift on a trailer. Thanks to its compact shape and its own drive, it can be placed at a specific location.
When unfolded we reach a height of 31m with a lifting capacity of 300kg depending on the angle at which the lift is used. It is important that we have sufficient space at the location and as a customer you are always responsible for applying for the necessary permits and any parking bans.

The lift arm must always be able to "rest" on a facade edge, balustrade, windowsill, etc. These must be sufficiently sturdy to carry the load (up to 300 kg). As a customer you are responsible for any printing damage. We always use tools to avoid this.
We lift loads of up to 300 kg, depending on the carrying angle, this capacity can decrease. This can be especially important with building materials! Furniture must be empty and free of loose pieces, drawers and/or doors. Use sturdy boxes that are closed. During vertical movement, loose planks or small loose parts can slide due to vibration through the transition between the ladders. It is therefore important that some parts can be tied down. Our operator always helps with loading and securing on the lift platform.
Important to know
Reservations can be made by telephone or email, after which a written confirmation by both parties (via email) makes it official. Changes/cancellations can be requested up to 12 noon in advance, without additional costs. If we arrive on site without any work being done, the hourly rate remains in force.
For security reasons, payment is made electronically via bancontact, always on site after the service has been provided, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
The lift must be placed on a solid surface. At wind speeds of more than 45 km/hour, force majeure applies and we must move the appointment to another date, without additional costs.
Our moving lift service is available 7/7, depending on availability due to other reservations.
Provide a space of 20 meters below the opening where lifting is required. As a customer you are responsible for permits & signage yourself. We always provide cones to place around the lift. It is prohibited to move under the elevator. This applies to any pedestrians and traffic (cyclists & vehicles). Any fines that reach us due to the assignment are borne by the customer.
